For a shipment to Spain (Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands), shipping times will be between 24-28 hours business days. Our shipments are made through the transport company MRW.
If you are not at home:
If no one is at home to receive the package, the courier company will try twice at no extra cost. Before making this second delivery, you will be called on the cell phone provided. If it is still not possible to make the delivery, we will contact you to make the delivery again, being the costs of the delivery assumed by the customer.
How to exchange or return an item:
We want to ensure the satisfaction of our customers and therefore we accept changes or returns within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. Above all, if you want to make an exchange or return, make sure that you return it to us in the same condition that we sent it. We cannot accept CHANGES or RETURNS that have dirty garments. The shipping costs of an exchange are free for customers in the peninsula, you only have to incur the cost of sending us the garment, we assume the cost of the new shipment of the new garment.
